Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us here at Elle, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary - therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for cancellations and reschedules.

Cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the entire service that was booked.​

​

No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the entire service booked. This is non-refundable.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Within minutes of booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation text. In order to hold your appointment spot, you must enter a valid credit/debit card to be used for our cancellation policy.

REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify Elle Salon & Spa within a 5 days of your appointment and we will happily modify your hair so you are happy and satisfied with your outcome.

PRICING

Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved, our pricing system, and stylists demand. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a consultation and we will assess your needs.
