CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Elle, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary - therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the entire service that was booked.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, that must be done 24 hours in advance to ensure you receive your deposit back.

No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the entire service booked. This is non-refundable.
